How to Add Your DNS Records by Provider

GoDaddy

  1. Sign in to GoDaddy
    Go to godaddy.com, click Sign In at the top right, and log in to your account.
     
  2. Open your Domain Portfolio
    From your account, navigate to My Account → Domains. Find the domain you want to configure and click on it.
     
  3. Go to DNS settings
    Click the DNS tab on the domain's page. You'll see your existing DNS records.
     
  4. Add the Delivery (SPF) record
    Click Add New Record, select CNAME from the Type dropdown, and fill in the fields below. Click Save.

    Type: CNAME
    Host Name: delivery
    Value: eapi.sslworld.netcorecloud.net
    TTL: 1 hour or default

    Note: GoDaddy automatically appends your domain to the Name field. Enter only the prefix (e.g delivery, NOT delivery.yourdomain.com).
     
  5. Add the Domain Key (DKIM) record
    Click Add New Record again, select CNAME, and fill in the fields below. Click Save.

    Type: CNAME
    Host Name: nc2048._domainkey
    Value: dkim2048.world.netcorecloud.net
    TTL: 1 hour or default
     
  6. Wait for propagation & verify
    DNS changes usually take effect within an hour, but can take up to 48 hours.

    Verify via MXToolbox CNAME Lookup using delivery.yourdomain.com and nc2048._domainkey.yourdomain.com

    Note: If Domain Protection is enabled on your account, GoDaddy will prompt you to verify your identity via SMS or authenticator app before saving.

 

Microsoft 365


Important: Before you start: If the + Add records button is missing on the DNS records page, your domain is hosted elsewhere (e.g. GoDaddy, Namecheap). Log in to that register instead and follow it's guide.

  1. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center
    Go to admin.microsoft.com and sign in with your admin account.
     
  2. Go to Settings → Domains
    In the left sidebar, click Show all to expand the full menu. Then navigate to Settings → Domains.
     
  3. Select your domain
    Click on the domain name you want to configure from the list.
     
  4. Click DNS records → + Add records
    On your domain's page, click the DNS records tab, then click + Add records. A panel will open on the right side.
     
  5. Add the Delivery (SPF) record
    Select CNAME as the type, fill in the fields below, then click Save.

    Type: CNAME
    Host Name: delivery
    Value: eapi.sslworld.netcorecloud.net
    TTL: 1 hour or default
     
  6. Add the Domain Key (DKIM) record
    Click + Add records again, select CNAME, fill in the fields below, then click Save.

    Type: CNAME
    Host Name: nc2048._domainkey
    Value: dkim2048.world.netcorecloud.net
    TTL: 1 hour or default

    Both records will appear under Custom records once saved.
     
  7. Wait for propagation & verify
    Usually 15–30 minutes, up to 48 hours.

    Verify via MXToolbox CNAME Lookup using delivery.yourdomain.com and nc2048._domainkey.yourdomain.com

 

Cloudflare

  1. Sign in to Cloudflare
    Go to dash.cloudflare.com and log in to your account.
     
  2. Select your domain
    From the home page, click on the domain you want to configure.
     
  3. Go to DNS → Records
    In the left sidebar, click DNS, then click Records. You'll see your existing DNS records.
     
  4. Add the Delivery (SPF) record
    Click Add record, select CNAME from the Type dropdown, and fill in the fields below and click Save.

    Type: CNAME
    Host Name: delivery
    Value/Target: eapi.sslworld.netcorecloud.net
    Proxy status: DNS only (gray cloud)
    TTL: auto

    Important: Set Proxy status to DNS only (gray cloud icon). If the orange proxy cloud is enabled, Cloudflare will mask the CNAME and email authentication will fail.
     
  5. Add the Domain Key (DKIM) record
    Click Add record again, select CNAME, and fill in the fields below. Set Proxy status to DNS only again, then click Save.

    Type: CNAME
    Host Name: nc2048._domainkey
    Value/Target: dkim2048.world.netcorecloud.net
    Proxy status: DNS only (gray cloud)
    TTL: 
     
  6. Wait for propagation & verify
    Cloudflare DNS changes typically propagate within minutes, though it can take up to 48 hours.

    Verify via MXToolbox CNAME Lookup using delivery.yourdomain.com and nc2048._domainkey.yourdomain.com

 

Namecheap

  1. Sign in to Namecheap
    Go to namecheap.com and sign in to your account.
     
  2. Open your Domain List
    In the left sidebar, click Domain List. Find the domain you want to configure and click Manage.
     
  3. Go to the Advanced DNS tab
    On the domain management page, click the Advanced DNS tab at the top. Scroll down to the Host Records section.
     
  4. Add the Delivery (SPF) record
    Click Add New Record. Select CNAME Record from the Type dropdown, fill in the fields below, then click the green checkmark ✓ to save.

    Type: CNAME Record
    Host Name: delivery
    Value: eapi.sslworld.netcorecloud.net
    TTL: Automatic

    Note: Namecheap automatically appends your domain to the Hots field. Enter only the prefix (e.g. delivery, not delivey.yourdomain.com)
     
  5. Add the Domain Key (DKIM) record
    Click Add New Record again, select CNAME Record, fill in the fields below, then click the green checkmark ✓ to save.

    Type: CNAME Record
    Host Name: nc2048._domainkey
    Value: dkim2048.world.netcorecloud.net
    TTL: Automatic
     
  6. Wait for propagation & verify
    DNS changes typically take 30 minutes, but can take up to 48 hours.

    Verify via MXToolbox CNAME Lookup using delivery.yourdomain.com and nc2048._domainkey.yourdomain.com
