Starting with a New Email or Editing an Existing eShot
When logged into your Evolved Office account, you can create a new eShot from scratch or edit an existing one. Here's how to do both:
Creating a New eShot
- Click on the "New eShot" button.
- Enter the subject line and any relevant campaign details.
- Once in the email editor, click inside the text box where you want to generate content. This will bring up the eoScribe toolbar at the top right of the text editor.
Editing an Existing eShot
- Select the eShot you want to edit from the suggested templates.
- Click on the existing text in the email, and eoScribe will automatically provide options to rephrase or summarize the content.
Generating New Email Content
With eoScribe, creating new content for your email is easy:
- Select the Content Type: In the eoScribe toolbar, choose to generate new content. The system will default to content creation mode, where you can type your desired prompt.
