Getting started with Evolved Office

This guide will walk you through the steps to get started with our platform, helping you unlock the power of targeted email marketing, social media content creation, personalized video messagingand more. With innovative features like eoScribe, our AI-driven content assistant, Evolved Office enables you to optimize and streamline your marketing efforts.
To get started, create your Evolved Office account by signing up today.
Step 1: Company Information
To start your free trial, follow these steps to fill out the company information:
- Company Information: Fill in your Company Name, Address, City, State, Zip Code, Country, Time Zone, and Website.
- Company Name: Enter the full legal name of your company.
- Address: Provide the physical address of your company's main location.
- Time Zone: Select the time zone where your company is primarily located to ensure accurate scheduling.
- Administrator Details: Fill in the required details about the administrator who will manage the account:
- Name: Enter the full name of the account administrator.
- Title: Provide the job title of the administrator.
- Email: Enter a valid email address for the administrator.
- User Name: Create a unique username for logging into Evolved Office.
- Upload Profile Picture: You can upload an optional profile picture for the account administrator. The recommended size is 120px x 120px.
After filling out this information, click the Save and Continue button to proceed to the next step.
Step 2: Branding
Once the company information is saved, you will move on to the Branding section. Here, you can customize your workspace with your company's brand identity.
- Logo & Colors
- Upload Your Logo: Select your company's logo by clicking the upload button. The minimum input size is 140px x 64px.
- Brand Color: Enter the hex color code to choose your primary brand color.
- Footer Background Color: Select the background color for the footer sections of your emails and other communication materials.
- Text Color: Choose the default text color for your footer.
- Social Media Links
- Provide links to your company's social media pages to enhance your marketing campaigns.
- Add URLs for Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok accounts.
When finished, click Complete to finalize your registration.
Step 3: Activation Email
Once you have registered, you will receive an activation email to finalize your account setup.
- Check Your Email: Look for an email from Evolved Office with the subject "Your Evolved Office Demo Account is Ready"
- Activate Your Account: Open the email and click the Activate button. This link is valid for 24 hours, so activate your account within that time. If the link expires, request a new activation link to support@evolvedoffice.com.
- The activation email will confirm that your Evolved Office DEMO account has been set up and will remain active for 30 days.
- This is your chance to explore all the features Evolved Office.
- Pro tip: You can cancel anytime during your 30-Day free trial. If not, we’ll start charging the card we have on file once the trial ends—so make the most of it!
Step 4: Complete Account Activation
After clicking the activation link in your email, you will be directed to a page to finalize your account activation.
- Activate Your Account: You will see a form that asks you to confirm the following details:
- User Name: This field will be pre-filled with the username you selected during registration.
- Email: This will also be pre-filled with the email address you used to register.
- Create a Password
- Enter a Password in the password field.
- Confirm your password by re-entering it in the Confirm Password field. Make sure both passwords match.
- Submit: After entering your password, click the Submit button to complete the activation process. You can then log in to the Evolved Office platform using your username and password.
