How to Edit a Product Image with Canva in Evolved Office

This article covers editing a product image using Canva.

Before you start: Make sure you've connected your account to Canva. See Getting Started with Canva in Evolved Office for one-time setup steps.

Steps

1. Click Products in the left menu bar.
   
2. Click the My Products tab.
3. Click Edit on the product you want to update.
   
4. Click Edit in Canva.
   
5. The Canva editor will open with your product image loaded (standard size: 360 x 360). Make your edits — add text, logos, graphics, etc.
6. When you're finished, click the Evolved Office icon at the bottom of the left-hand navigation in Canva, then Save.
   
7. Choose whether to:
8. • Save as a copy — check this box to keep your original image untouched and create a new version, or
   • Overwrite original — leave the box unchecked to replace the existing image with your edits.
8. Once published, your edited image will appear on the product record — and will also update in your Asset Manager.

Tips

• You can also switch to a different image or design entirely while inside Canva — see How to Browse Your Evolved Office Library from Within Canva for details.
• Works with both free and paid Canva accounts. A few advanced photo tools (like background remover) require a paid plan.
