Send messages for approval

Approval workflows allow users to collaborate with colleagues. Ensure everyone agrees that a post looks as it should before being published.

How to send messages for approval

While there can be many approval workflows, this is the process to create posts which needs approval.

1. Create and schedule a post on your dashboard. 

2. From the drop-down menu, select the team member who should approve the post. You can also include a comment with the request.

3. When finished, click the Send For Approval button.

4. The team member will get a notification on their dashboard and an email requesting approval.

5. When he/she approves the post, or rejects it with comments, you will be notified on your dashboard and by email.
