# How to Assign or Share a Contact List with a User in Evolved Office

1.  To share a list from your master account with one of your users, go to the **Contacts tab**, and then to the ‘**Lists**’ sub-tab.
2.  On this sub-tab, use the dropdown menu under ‘**Actions**’ to the far right of the contact to select ‘**Assign**’.

3.  Use the toggle switches to assign a list to the desired user(s).
