# How to Add Structures to Your eSHOT or Newsletter in Evolved Office

**What is a Structure?** A structure in the eSHOT/Newsletter Editor is a foundational layout that organizes your content, such as headers, footers, articles, videos, or blocks. It is crucial because it determines how your content is arranged, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing design.  
 

1.  **Choose a Structure:**
    -   In the Editor, click on the **“Structure”** tab. You can select from the following options:
        -   Header & Footer Structures
        -   Article & Product Structures
        -   Theme Structures
        -   Video Structures
        -   Block Structures  
             
2.  **Select a Template:**
    -   Click the "**+**" symbol next to your chosen structure to view available templates.

    -   Drag and drop the template onto the desired location in the canvas of your eSHOT or Newsletter.
